Questions about gas log installation
Can you install logs I already purchased?
Send the product information and details about your existing fireplace. We need to review compatibility and the installation scope before scheduling.
Can I change from vented to vent-free logs?
The fireplace, appliance instructions, ventilation requirements, and installation conditions need to be evaluated before determining whether a different system is appropriate.
Do new logs include a remote?
Not every gas log package includes a remote. Available controls depend on the burner and valve system. We’ll explain which controls are included in your quote and whether a compatible remote or other control option is available.
